 What is my order status?
Answer After placing an order you may check the shipping status or get an updated estimate at any time:

1. If you've set up a User Account: Begin by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. After entering your username and password proceed to the "Order History and Tracking" link. You will find shipping info and tracking numbers there.

2. No User Account? No Problem! Begin by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. On the following page you will be asked to enter a username and password - skip this and proceed directly to the "forgot my password" link. A temporary password will be sent to the address you placed your order with. Once you receive your new password proceed to step one and follow the instructions with your current email address and password. Phew! Got that?
